Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://demiranchoatumesa.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. De mi Rancho A tu Mesa reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Tacos, Guacamole, Burritos provided by De mi Rancho A tu Mesa. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by De mi Rancho A tu Mesa or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. De mi Rancho A tu Mesa makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, De mi Rancho A tu Mesa's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid De mi Rancho A tu Mesa in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify De mi Rancho A tu Mesa from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
